The colour of honey is determined by the nectar that the bees collect. When working with a natural product, there are many factors to be considered including rainfall, climate, season, and time of year which will result in slight taste and colour variations even within the same variety of honey.

If your honey has started to crystallise and become firm, that’s actually a great sign. It means your honey is pure—free from additives like sugar, high fructose corn syrup, or harmful chemicals—and hasn’t been pasteurised at high temperatures that can destroy its natural nutrients and enzymes.

Crystallisation is a completely natural process that occurs in raw, unprocessed honey, especially in cooler weather. It doesn’t affect the quality or flavour—in fact, it helps retain the honey’s nutrients and extend its shelf life.

Crystallised honey can be enjoyed just as it is. Many people love it for its spreadable texture and mess-free use. But if you prefer it runnier, simply place the bottle/jar in a warm spot or set it in a bowl of warm water for a few hours to gently return it to its liquid form.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, selected shipping method and delivery location.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number, as long as an email address has been provided with your order.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of being placed. You can expect to receive your order within 3-7 business days from the date of shipment depending on size, carrier and location within Australia.
