Classic Honey Joys

What you need:
4 cups of cornflakes
90g butter, chopped
1 tbsp honey
1/3 cup sugar

Method:
1.Preheat oven to 180°C fan forced, and line 12 hole muffin with paper cases.

2. Place cornflakes into a large bowl.

3.Place butter, sugar and honey in a saucepan over a low-medium heat, stir until the butter has melted and the mixture is smooth. Add mixture to the cornflakes, and combines mixtures.

4.Spoon mixture into paper cases.

5. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown, and allow to cool completely.

Orange Blossom Honey Latte

What you need:
Instant coffee or espresso
Milk
Orange Blossom Honey

Cinnamon

Method:
1.Heat 1 cup of milk on the stove top until steaming. Do not boil. Alternatively, place the milk in a jar in the microwave and microwave for about 1 minute, or until steaming.

2. Stir in honey (measure with your heart). Use a milk frother to froth the milk until foamy, if desired.

3.Add two shots of espresso or instant coffee into a mug. Pour the milk mixture over top.

4.Sprinkle with cinnamon (optional) and enjoy!

What you need:
250g round of Brie Cheese
1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
1/3 cup Mallee Honey
Baguette slices or crackers for serving

Method:
1.Preheat oven to 180°C. Unwrap the brie and place it on a baking sheet lined with baking paper or in a shallow baking dish.

2.Place the walnuts and figs (alternatively leave the figs for a cool fresh pop) on top of the Brie and drizzle liberally with the honey.

3.Cover loosely with aluminium foil and bake for 20 minutes, until the cheese is soft to the touch on the side of the rind.

4.Remove from the oven and transfer to a serving plate, then drizzle with additional honey and serve with sliced baguette or crackers.
